The developer selection process for our 103,728 square foot Physician Office Building and 491-car parking structure included an evaluation of comprehensive proposals we received from leading developers and multiple meetings with shortlisted developers. We selected Landmark because Landmark was the best fit for Mount Sinai.
The tight bayfront site on our campus that was available to Landmark required Landmark to develop a portion of the Physician Office Building on top of the parking structure. The innovative design solution of Landmark produced a combination structure that is attractive and efficient.
