Landmark developed an 899-car parking structure to meet the parking requirements of the MOB and the parking shortfall on the campus of the Saint Vincent Hospital. A skybridge connects the MOB to the parking structure and Hospital.

Landmark was the full-service developer and is the sole owner and property manager of the MOB. Saint Vincent Hospital owns the parking structure.
