This mixed-use Outpatient Medical Building is located on the campus of the 186-bed Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette, Louisiana.

The OMB and Medical Center were developed and constructed concurrently on a greenfield site, and a skywalk connects the OMB to the Medical Center.

Landmark was the full-service developer of the OMB, which was developed under the no-cost ownership program of Landmark.
