The 14-hospital Hospital Sisters Health System selected Landmark to develop this mixed-use Medical Office Building.

The MOB and a 144-bed replacement hospital are being developed concurrently on a greenfield site in O’Fallon, Illinois.

Landmark was the full-service developer and is the property manager. Landmark is the sole owner of the MOB.

The Hospital Sisters Health System also selected Landmark to develop a 91,620 square foot Medical Office Building on the campus of the 439-bed St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Illinois.
