This Neuroscience Center was developed in Indianapolis, Indiana for Indiana University Health and the Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital, the 747-bed flagship hospital of Indiana University Health. 
 
The Neuroscience Center received an America's Best Buildings of the Year (ABBY) Award from Buildings Magazine. The Neuroscience Center also received “The Outstanding Building of the Year ( TOBY ) Award” for medical buildings from the North Central Region of the Building Owners and Managers Association ( BOMA ).

A skybridge connects the Neuroscience Center to the Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital. Landmark developed a 953-car parking structure to meet the parking requirements of the Neuroscience Center. 
 
Landmark was the full-service developer and sole owner until January 3, 2017, the date on which Indiana University Health exercised a five-year option to acquire the Neuroscience Center.
