Landmark developed a 46,836 square foot Cardiac Center on the campus of the 398-bed St. James Hospital and Health Centers in Olympia Fields, Illinois. Olympia Fields is a suburb of Chicago.
The Cardiac Center is connected to the St. James Hospital and Health Centers and other campus-based outpatient buildings.
Landmark was the full-service developer and the Franciscan Alliance, the corporate parent of the St. James Hospital and Health Centers, owns the Cardiac Center.
The Franciscan Alliance also selected Landmark to develop a 66,171 square foot Physician Office Building and 25,667 square foot Cancer Center. The Physician Office Building and Cancer Center are also located on the campus of St. James Hospital and Health Centers.
