When hospitals and health systems and academic medical centers that become clients elect to own their new outpatient buildings, Landmark limits its role and professional responsibilities to the guaranteed-price, full-service development of their buildings.
The ownership program of Landmark is flexible. It includes the development of outpatient buildings for the sole ownership of clients and the development of outpatient buildings under the no-cost ownership program of Landmark for the ownership of Landmark and the no-cost ownership of clients.
Hospitals, health systems and academic medical centers that elect to own their new outpatient buildings are required to provide the equity, obtain and guarantee the construction and permanent loans and assume responsibility for the debt service, operating expenses and building management.
