Landmark developed a 66,171 square foot Physician Office Building on the campus of the 398-bed St. James Hospital and Health Centers in Olympia Fields, Illinois. Olympia Fields is a suburb of Chicago.
The Physician Office Building is connected to the St. James Hospital and Health Centers and other campus-based outpatient buildings.
Landmark was the full-service developer and the Franciscan Alliance owns the Physician Office Building.
The Franciscan Alliance also selected Landmark to develop a 46,836 square foot Cardiac Center and 25,667 square foot Cancer Center. The Cardiac and Cancer Centers are also located on the campus of St. James Hospital and Health Centers.
