Landmark developed this Outpatient Complex on the campus of the 462-bed Akron City Hospital in Akron, Ohio. It includes an 82,118 square foot cardiac center and 80,057 square foot women’s and men’s specialty health center.
A common atrium connects the cardiac center and specialty health center, and a skybridge connects the Outpatient Complex to the Hospital and other campus-based outpatient buildings.
Landmark was the full-service developer. Summa Health System owns the Outpatient Complex.
