This mixed-use Medical Office Building is located on the campus of the 192-bed Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson, New York.
Site constraints required the development of the MOB above a 392-car parking structure, which Landmark also developed. The MOB and parking structure are connected to the Hospital.
Landmark was the full-service developer and is the property manager. A healthcare real estate investment trust owns the MOB. The Hospital owns and operates the parking structure.
