Landmark was the full-service developer and is the property manager. Landmark, Beaumont Health and staff physicians own the MOB.
Beaumont Health also selected Landmark to develop a 102,200 square foot Wellness Center in Rochester Hills, Michigan and a 61,607 square foot Medical Office Building in Grosse Pointe, Michigan.
