Landmark developed an 834-car parking structure to meet the parking requirements of the MOB. A skybridge connects the MOB to the parking structure and the Baptist Medical Center.
Landmark was the full-service developer and is the property manager. Landmark and staff physicians own the MOB. Baptist Health Systems, the corporate parent of the Baptist Medical Center, owns the parking structure.
