The 9-hospital McLaren Health Care and the 338-bed McLaren Bay Region Hospital selected Landmark to develop this mixed-use Medical Office Building on an outreach site in downtown Bay City, Michigan.
Landmark was the full-service developer and is the property manager. Landmark, McLaren Health Care and staff physicians own the MOB.
