The 14-hospital Hospital Sisters Health System selected Landmark to develop this mixed-use Medical Office Building.
The MOB is located on the campus of St. John's Hospital, the 439-bed flagship hospital of the Hospital Sisters Health System in Springfield, Illinois.
Landmark is the full-service developer and will be the property manager. Landmark is the sole owner of the MOB.
The Hospital Sisters Health System also selected Landmark to develop a 139,983 square foot Medical Office Building on the campus of the 144-bed St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, Illinois.
