This mixed-use Medical Office Building is located on an outreach site in North Jacksonville, Florida. The MOB includes all the surgical and diagnostic services that are required for the new 92-bed UF Health North Hospital that was completed and placed in service in May 2017. Public and restricted skywalks connect the MOB to the new Hospital on multiple floors.

Landmark was the full-service developer and is the property manager. Landmark, University of Florida Health, the UF Health Jacksonville Hospital and staff physicians own the MOB.

The MOB Landmark developed received a Merit Award for design excellence from the Jacksonville Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
